About the Role

As a manufacturing pharmacist at the National Manufacturing Unit in Uppsala, you will be a key player in our team. You will contribute to making us the most attractive partner in healthcare for both prescription and contractual customers. As a pharmacist, you are expected to act with care and commitment, truly putting the customer and patient at the center.

In this role, you have a unique opportunity to not only help people achieve better health but also actively contribute to Apoteket's development and success. Therefore, you are expected to bring ideas and initiatives to develop our operations into the obvious choice for our customers.

As a manufacturing pharmacist at the National Manufacturing Unit, we want to offer you a platform where you can grow. Just as you are expected to build long-term relationships with our customers, we want to do the same with you. With us, you have the opportunity to grow as an individual and work with different parts of our process such as order preparation, preparation in clean rooms, and final inspection in manufacturing. You will work daily to ensure our daily deliveries.

We are a large team of about 30 employees, including both pharmacists and assistants.

Your Main Areas of Responsibility

• Extemporaneous manufacturing of sterile medicines

• Proactively work to ensure the highest possible patient safety and quality

Your Qualifications

We are looking for someone who is a licensed pharmacist or pharmacy technician with formal extemporaneous authorization from a university/college. In addition, we are looking for someone who:

• Is meticulous, quality-conscious, and has good teamwork skills, contributing to creating a well-functioning team

• Is solution-oriented, meaning you both see and act on challenges that arise

• Is flexible and enjoys working independently

• Shares your knowledge and experience to strengthen the team's competence
