We are currently looking for a Head Chef

Pinchos is a restaurant concept based on a Swedish original idea from Gothenburg in 2012. The head office is also established in Gothenburg. In addition to offering a wide and varied selection of small dishes in venues with extravagant decor, Pinchos also stands out as the world's first app restaurant. Since the start, our guests have taken both us, our app, and our food to their hearts. In 2014, the concept was opened up for franchisees, and in 2017, international establishment began. Currently, the chain has 71 restaurants and is steadily expanding.

About the position

Are you our new Head Chef? You will be part of a wonderful team that, with competence, high pace, and a cheerful attitude, contributes to the restaurant providing positive food and guest experiences every day. You work closely with the restaurant manager and contribute to improvements and development in the restaurant, ensuring that Pinchos guidelines and policies are used and followed in the kitchen.

As a Head Chef, you secure the concept and are responsible for the kitchen's performance in relation to set goals. You coach and train and are responsible for the kitchen's routines. You are responsible for staff planning and recruitment for the kitchen and work closely with the restaurant manager to achieve financial and quality goals.

You are responsible for the flow of goods, hygiene, and quality assurance, as well as checking and following up on deliveries/invoices to ensure they match the order. You are responsible for monthly inventory and are well-versed in internal systems such as Catalog, cash register, booking, and app, ensuring that routines, checklists, and self-control function properly.

You will have an important role, and your engagement is a crucial piece of the puzzle in strengthening the entire chain's development moving forward. Together with colleagues, you ensure the best service, quality, and hygiene for our guests.

• Has relevant education and several years of professional experience in restaurant kitchens
• Is confident in the role of Head Chef
• Wants to help develop the Pinchos chain into the future
• Is meticulous and structured
• Has a personal drive, initiative, and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment
• Has experience working with concepts
