About the position At Middlepoint, we are looking for a new service star to join our team! In this role, you will work as a receptionist and conference manager for our client in Sundbyberg. In this prestigious assignment, you will work in a social and business-oriented environment in beautiful and well-visited premises. Here you will have the opportunity for development and to sharpen your service skills to perfection. You will work in a service team of two, where in your role as receptionist and conference manager, you deliver world-class service to everyone you meet. The conference area in the building is one of our most booked, and in your role, you create memorable impressions and service experiences.

Your responsibilities include, among other things:

• Welcoming employees and guests
• Handling conference bookings
• Various administrative tasks
• Phone and email
• Responsible for common areas, rounds, and conference room setup
• Ordering refreshments for conferences
• Mail handling and deliveries
• Contact with suppliers

Requirements for the position

• Fluent in Swedish and English
• Previous experience in service, preferably in an office environment
• Comfortable with the Microsoft Office suite
• Completed high school education

About Employment Employment: Permanent with a six-month probationary period. Start: August 2025 Working hours: Monday to Friday from 07:00 to 16:00 The workplace is located in Sundbyberg.
