Your new role

We are now looking for a reliable and self-sufficient payroll specialist for one of our clients in the public sector. The assignment is full-time with an immediate start and initially runs until August 29, with a good possibility of extension. You will be part of an engaged team where you contribute your expertise in payroll and contractual issues. Examples of tasks: Independent handling of the entire payroll process Registration and control in Heroma Application of the collective agreement AB (General Terms) Ongoing contact with managers and employees regarding payroll issues Ensuring quality and accuracy in payroll payments

• Documented experience in payroll administration
• Very good system proficiency and independence in Heroma
• Good knowledge of the collective agreement General Terms (AB)
• Ability to quickly familiarize yourself with new routines and regulations

Who are you?

We are looking for someone who is meticulous, structured, and used to working independently. You have a solution-oriented approach and thrive in a role where you can take responsibility. Handling complex issues and working under time pressure is a natural part of the job for you. You have good communication skills and are used to providing support to managers and colleagues.
