Your future challenge

The role of site manager with us entails total responsibility for the installation department, i.e., installers, electricians, and project managers. This means you are responsible for the performance and efficiency of southern Stockholm and are expected to develop and support your employees so that together you achieve the set goals. In addition to personnel responsibility for those in your group, you as a site manager also have a work environment responsibility that includes the physical work environment in the office, common areas, and the warehouse, as well as the responsibility for ensuring that work environment requirements are met during our installations. Through active leadership, you work proactively and preventively with safety, health, and well-being to identify and address any work environment challenges.

As a site manager, you are also responsible for budget, planning, recruitment, and ensuring that the office meets the set goals. You report directly to our COO and collaborate closely with our competent site managers at other offices. The role includes ensuring very good quality and customer satisfaction through follow-up and continuous improvement work. You create a good cohesion in the office together with our sales manager and, of course, all other colleagues in the southern Stockholm office.

Who is our perfect match?

We are looking for someone who is passionate about leadership and has solid experience in successfully leading personnel. Sesol is a company that operates in a fast-moving market, and as a leader, this means you need to be extremely skilled at communicating and instilling confidence, always with a focus on people.

We want you to have

• Several years of experience in a similar role within the construction or electrical installation industry.
• Very good experience working with safety in construction or similar.
• Strong leadership qualities
• Driver's license
• Swedish spoken and written

It is a plus if you also have

• Relevant post-secondary education, e.g., construction engineer
• Experience from the solar energy industry
• BAS P/U
• BAM training
• General electrical authorization
