UMI SUSHI BAR operates sushi bars in Kungälv and Kungsbacka. We offer both traditional and nouveau (up-to-date) sushi made from fine ingredients and with lots of love. Our focus is to deliver sushi of the highest quality at reasonable prices with a top-class customer experience. As a sushi chef, you should be able to fillet different types of fish, especially salmon, tuna, and halibut. You should have a good understanding of handling raw materials, particularly raw fish. We are looking for someone who is passionate about cooking, can plan their work, and is quick, service-minded, stress-resistant, self-driven, and organized.
