About the role As a KAM in technical security at Nordic Level, you hold a key role in creating and developing business and providing customers with solutions that exceed expectations - nationwide. Your customers can range from property owners to large industries, public sector/government agencies to organizations within critical infrastructure. You will target potential new customers and be responsible for the entire sales cycle, but primarily focus on long-term relationships, existing customers, upselling, and expanded collaborations. Major customers, complex solutions, and extensive contracts summarize the context well. Nordic Level offers expertise in many areas of the security industry, and together with the company's production team, you create offers that make a difference for organizations across the country.

Your main responsibilities

- Build, develop, and maintain strong business relationships with the company's key customers

- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in prioritized segments

- Plan and execute campaigns, business plans, and customer activities

- Prepare and negotiate quotes and contracts

- Ensure high quality and delivery in close collaboration with internal teams

- Drive business forward with clear planning, follow-up, and documentation

We are looking for someone who has

- At least 10 years of experience as a Key Account Manager in the security industry or a related technical field

- Solid knowledge of security technical solutions

- Documented experience in driving the entire B2B sales cycle with good results

- Familiarity with working in CRM systems and preferably Microsoft 365

- Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written

- Driver's license B

Desirable experiences

- Previous work experience in the security industry

- Solution selling within SECaaS or service-based offerings

- Work against the public sector, industry, or other critical societal actors

- Understanding of procurement and complex contract structures
