We are looking for a self-driven telemarketer/appointment setter to join our skilled team. We believe that the right candidate has a dental background, enjoys a varied work environment, and loves to take on new challenges. At Happident, we value well-being, having fun at work, and development.

We are looking for someone who is driven, motivated by results, and finds sales enjoyable. All our employees undergo training in both product knowledge and operations, so no previous experience in dentistry is required.

Responsibilities:

· Call leads and convert them into potential customers

· Schedule existing and new customers for our clinics in Sweden

· Follow up with customers and ensure a smooth and pleasant customer journey

We believe you…

· Bring valuable experience from the dental assistant profession

· Have good knowledge of both Swedish and English, spoken and written

· Have strong computer and Excel skills

· Are organized, self-driven, and have a real go-getter attitude
