RESPONSIBILITIES

We are looking for someone with a positive personality, who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has a burning interest in service. You are open to change and are a problem solver. The work involves both evening and weekend shifts.

As a server at Villa Dahlia:

• You are responsible for ensuring our guests feel welcome, acknowledged, and well taken care of - always and regardless
• Optimize sales within your area of responsibility
• Prepare for service according to checklists
• Take orders, recommend suitable drinks/food
• Actively work on upselling and increasing average bills
• Process payments from guests within your area of responsibility
• Inform the head waiter of any corrections

EXPERIENCE

• High school education with advanced knowledge in the restaurant field
• At least one year of experience in a restaurant
• You communicate in Swedish
• We prefer that you have knowledge of and interest in wine

The position is 80%. We apply collective agreements.
