ISS Facility Service is looking for an Experience Host who has a passion for service! For our operations in Stockholm City, ISS Facility Service is seeking a positive and proactive Experience Host who will serve as a floor host at one of Stockholm's finest offices, providing the customer with an extraordinary workday. You are passionate about service, take pride in delivering professionally, and know how to make the customer feel warmly welcomed.

About the Role

We offer an exciting and flexible role with significant responsibility in close collaboration with the manager, colleagues, and our customer. You are part of an Experience Host team that ensures the office always maintains the highest standards and operates smoothly. With a smile, you are always ready to assist and provide customers with an extraordinary experience every day. The location is the customer's headquarters in Stockholm City, with about 1000 employees on-site daily.

There is great potential for development for those willing to learn to work in multiple roles. We collaborate closely between our departments: experience hosts, cleaning, café, catering, and reception. The more people who can work in different roles, the more flexible we become as a team.

Examples of Responsibilities

  • Daily customer contact during floor rounds
  • Daily check-in with other Experience Hosts during shift changes
  • Washing dishes, loading and unloading dishwashers
  • Refilling coffee stations and supplies for copying rooms, restrooms, etc.
  • Maintaining the customer's premises, light cleaning
  • Setting up furniture and meeting rooms
  • Basic property and IT tasks
  • Monitoring security procedures, locks, alarms, first aid
  • Daily collaboration and support with other service functions and cleaning
  • Contributing to continuous improvements in customer experience and work routines

Your Profile

Requirements

  • Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written
  • At least 3 years of experience in a service role (restaurant, hotel, or similar is an advantage)
  • Proficient in Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Experience learning new computer systems

Employment Scope

The position is a permanent employment of 40 hours per week with a 6-month probationary period. Rolling working hours Monday to Friday from 07:00 to 20:30. Start as soon as possible by agreement. Ongoing recruitment means that the position may be filled before the application deadline of 2025-02-28.
