About the job:

We are now looking for extra cooks for our kitchen department. Your primary responsibilities are to work with your colleagues to create a delightful dining experience for our banquet and à la carte guests. The shifts are scheduled for both weekdays and weekends, mornings and evenings.

Responsibilities;

• Deliver the highest possible service standard both before and during service
• Stay updated and work towards set goals such as guest satisfaction and productivity
• Follow work routines and the company's service concept
• Keep the department clean and tidy according to HACCP standards
• Ensure that all food is served according to our standards
• Maintain good cooperation with all hotel departments
• Participate in and conduct the company's training
• Be an exemplary ambassador for the company both inside and outside the hotel

We are looking for someone who:

• Has experience in a similar position
• Has a warm and caring personality
• Is a natural inspirer who enjoys motivating those around you just by being yourself
• Has an interest in food
• Is independent and flexible and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment
• Can communicate in Swedish and English
• Likes to meet our colleagues on a personal level
• Has an eye for detail and can make quick decisions when required
