AlphaCE Recruitment has been tasked with finding service-oriented restaurant assistants for several lounges at Arlanda Airport.

The company is responsible for serving food and refreshments in lounges at Arlanda Airport. 
The company provides training and work clothes.

About the Job
As a restaurant assistant, you will prepare simple food, replenish the buffet and drinks,
clear dishes, wash dishes, and keep the lounge tidy and presentable.
You will greet guests and ensure they have an enjoyable time while
waiting for their flight and provide excellent service.

Requirements
Experience in similar service-oriented work, such as in restaurants, cafes, or retail.
You have good knowledge of Swedish in both spoken and written form.
Ability to communicate in English since many guests do not speak Swedish.
It is an advantage if you also speak other languages.

Security and Background Check
To work in a security-classified workplace like Arlanda Airport, you must:
Pass a security interview
Provide an extract from the police criminal record
Document and report what you have done in the past 5 years. This can include work, studies,
parental leave, unemployment, and registration with the Employment Service, etc.
Not be listed with the Enforcement Authority

Working Hours and Employment
Able to work from 04:00-22:30 (employment rate 100%)

Week 1 works 4 days
Mon 08:00-16:45, Wed 07:00-15:45, Thu 09:30-18:15, Fri 08:00-16:45

Week 2 works 6 days
Mon 13:00-21:45, Tue 13:00-21:45, Wed 13:00-21:45, Fri 04:00-12:45, Sat 04:00-12:45, Sun 04:00-12:45

Fixed-term probationary employment for 6 months
The company has a collective agreement
