About the role In this role, you will assist customers via phone and email, resolve their inquiries, and ensure top-notch service. We are looking for someone who is communicative, service-oriented, and has an eye for detail.

We are looking for someone who:

• Is fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written (Knowledge of other Nordic languages is a plus!)

• Has a completed high school education.
