Attendo Vårdbo Vallentuna is a dementia care facility with 33 places distributed across four departments, three dementia departments, and one somatic department. Attendo Vårdbo is a small, family-oriented home located in beautiful green areas in Vallentuna.

We are looking for someone who is driven by working with people and making a real difference for our customers every day.

Job Description

The position is a night shift of 64-74% with working hours from 21:00 to 07:05 on a rolling 6-week schedule.

About You

We are looking for someone with a strong commitment and a burning interest in elderly care.

You have a nursing assistant education and your professional certificate for protected title from the National Board of Health and Welfare.

You are service-minded, flexible with a strong work ethic, and have previous experience in elderly care. You work well in a team but also independently.

As a person, you are meticulous and engaged in the customers and their needs. You find it easy to collaborate, have a pedagogical approach, and contribute to a good and pleasant atmosphere in our workplace. You are driven by working person-centered and providing our customers with the care they need.

The position is between 64-74% night

The position is a permanent employment (fixed position), with a 6-month probationary period.

Experience working with dementia is an advantage.

We use the following apps:

Epsilon, Appva, everon

Experience with these is an advantage.

We prefer that you live in or near the municipality.

Requirements to proceed in the recruitment process

• You have your certificate for protected professional title as a nursing assistant from the National Board of Health and Welfare and can present it at the interview
• Good knowledge of the Swedish language (spoken and written)
• Good computer skills/computer familiarity
• Experience with SoL documentation
• You have experience working awake nights
• You are not listed in the criminal record
