About the role

As a Marketing Coordinator at Sunda, you play a key role in the daily marketing efforts. You are the one who keeps the flow together, from planning to publishing. You are responsible for organizing, scheduling, and publishing content in our digital channels, managing email campaigns, and updating content on our e-commerce platform. You work closely with our Content Creator and external partners to ensure that our activities run smoothly and according to plan.

This is a role for you who enjoys structure, has a good digital understanding, and thrives in combining operational work with coordination.

Your mission

• Schedule and publish content on social media (Meta, TikTok, and more)
• Manage email campaigns and flows in our email platform
• Update and ensure quality of content on our e-commerce platform
• Continuously follow up on activities, campaigns, and flows
• Coordinate collaborations with external partners, such as agencies and influencers

Who are you?

We are looking for someone who is structured, communicative, and solution-oriented. You are self-driven, used to handling multiple projects at the same time, and have an eye for detail. You enjoy making things happen and thrive in a role where you can combine coordination, planning, and operational work in digital channels.

We believe you have

• Experience working with social media in a professional context
• Experience in email marketing, preferably in Klaviyo or similar tools
• Basic understanding of e-commerce and CMS systems, preferably in Shopify
• Ability to plan and work systematically with multiple parallel projects
• Excellent communication skills and a solution-oriented mindset
