We are now looking for a structured and committed Sales Coordinator who wants to contribute to our continued growth and strong customer relationships.

Your role – customer-centric As a Sales Coordinator, you play a key role in supporting our Area Sales Managers (ASM) and ensuring that our sales processes maintain high quality. You are an important link between sales, customers, and systems – always focusing on service, structure, and Loipart's values. Your responsiveness and ability to build trust are crucial in your interactions with our customers.

Your main responsibilities:

• Prepare quotes for unit and project inquiries

• Follow up on quotes

• Strengthen and maintain relationships with customers

• Ensure that technical specifications meet customer inquiries

• Quality assure contracts according to quotes and negotiations

• Register contracts in the business system (Kinetic) and CRM (Lime)

• Follow up and update your orders according to procedures

• Contribute to a good collaborative culture with colleagues and the sales organization

Your profile – technical understanding and relationship builder

We are looking for someone who thrives in a structured role with many points of contact. You have a good technical understanding and can read and comprehend technical documentation. Experience in kitchen, laundry, or waste management solutions is an advantage, as is CAD knowledge.

• Excellent skills in Swedish and English, both spoken and written

• Experience reading layouts and technical documents

• Good knowledge of MS Office

• Strong communication skills and social competence

• Experience working systematically in business systems and CRM
