About the role As an Account Manager at Nordic Level, you play a key role in creating and developing business within one of the company's business areas. You work with the entire sales cycle – from prospecting and booking meetings to quotes, negotiations, and delivery – focusing on property owners, industry, public sector, and other critical societal operations. Your everyday life is characterized by relationship building, business development, and solution-oriented sales where you, together with the company's specialists, create offers that make a difference.

Your main responsibilities:

- Drive new customer acquisition in prioritized segments

- Develop existing customers with a focus on profitability and growth

- Plan and execute campaigns, business plans, and customer activities

- Establish and negotiate quotes and contracts

- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure high quality and customer satisfaction

- Propose and drive customer-adapted solutions across several business areas that benefit the company

We are looking for someone who has:

- At least 8 years of experience in sales of technical solutions or services

- Experience in driving complex B2B deals and the entire sales process

- Good IT skills, including CRM systems and preferably Microsoft 365

- Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written

- A valid driver's license (B)

As a person, you are:

- Creative

- Business-minded and strategic in your sales

- A natural relationship builder with strong communication skills

- Independent, proactive, and results-oriented

- Analytical and solution-oriented with the ability to see the big picture

Desirable experiences:

- Good understanding of security technology, digital business models, or related areas

- Technical background or experience in one of our business areas

- Experience in solution selling (preferably service-based/SaaS)

- Experience working with the public sector or critical societal functions

- Understanding of procurement and complex contract structures

Employment type: Permanent with an initial probationary period

Start: According to agreement considering notice period

Scope: Full-time, Monday-Friday, 8-17.
