About the role

Our client is a well-known and respected brand with operations in several countries. We are now looking for someone to take responsibility for their accounts payable work related to the German operations, while also contributing to tasks in other markets. You will be an important link between the finance team in Sweden and the German-speaking support, and therefore need to be comfortable communicating both verbally and in writing in German, English, and Swedish.

Your responsibilities

• Manage and match supplier invoices
• Support the German team with AP-related questions
• Collaborate with colleagues in other countries to ensure quality and efficiency
• Contribute to the streamlining and improvement of processes.

Who are we looking for?

• You have experience in accounts payable
• You speak and write fluently in German, English, and Swedish
• You are detail-oriented, structured, and enjoy working in a team
• You thrive in a fast-paced international environment
