We are now looking for a personal assistant for a 32-year-old man in Åkersberga. He lives in a collective housing with other clients. He has Cerebral Palsy and Epilepsy. The tasks include care, household work, and guidance. Mobility assistance is also part of the job.

Our client moves with the help of a walker and live support. Despite having extensive care needs, he is an active young man who enjoys horseback riding and gymnastics. He loves music, dance, and singing, and he has a quick smile.

To fit into this role, you need to be responsible and playful. You should have great empathy and sensitivity to the client's needs and wishes, as he does not have his own speech but communicates using support signs and eye contact. You should be curious and creative, actively planning and participating in activities with the client.

You will be the client's right hand and assist in all aspects of daily life.

About the position: The position is approximately 90%. Shift work includes days, evenings, and nights. On-call/waiting time during the night. Shifts are 24-hour shifts. Start date around 15/12.
