Job duties

As an administrator, you will have a central role in ensuring that day-to-day operations are running smoothly along with maintaining documentation and contacts with partners and customers. Your main tasks will be:

• Management of documentation
• Preparation of daily dispatch orders/rides
• Daily contact with partners and customers
• Answering emails, bookings, and responding to customers and partners' calls for any queries.
• Support for taxi operations in terms of scheduling, reporting, and coordination
• Preparing transfer summaries for each contractor by the end of the month.

The position requires good communication as you have daily contact with both internal and external stakeholders.

Qualifications

We are looking for someone who has:

• Previous experience of administrative work
• Experience or education in transport, logistics
• Good computer skills and understanding of systems
• Very good knowledge of English both written and spoken
• Knowledge of Swedish
• A structured working method, accuracy, and good ability to prioritize
• A responsible and solution-oriented attitude
