We are looking for a project manager and coordinator for an assignment in the healthcare and IT sector. The role involves driving procurements of various system supports and leading feasibility studies and requirements work in close dialogue with the business.

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate different procurement strategies and propose suitable alternatives based on the needs of the business.

• Conduct environmental analysis and market mapping to identify relevant solutions and actors.

• Document dependencies between existing systems and ensure a clear overview before decisions.

• Plan and lead the requirements work together with key personnel within healthcare and IT.

• Coordinate and drive the project forward, facilitate for different operations and ensure effective reporting to the steering group.

• We are looking for someone with experience in leading complex projects in healthcare or IT environments and who is accustomed to working with both strategic and operational issues.

Mandatory requirements

• Documented experience in procurements, with specific knowledge of the Public Procurement Act (LoU).
• Experience in procuring and/or working with systems such as RIS, PACS, and VNA.
• Knowledge in laboratory medicine and related IT systems is an advantage.

Desirable

• Previous experience of similar procurements in other regions.

Personal qualities Structured, self-driven, and communicative.
