We are looking for service-oriented receptionists/shop assistants for summer 2025!

• As a receptionist at Mellbystrands, you are the comforting embrace for our guests throughout their experience with us – from the first meeting, which may occur via phone or email, to check-in and check-out.
• The position also includes some work in our grocery store Handlar'n, located in the same premises as the reception, such as stocking shelves or cashier duties.

Your Qualities & Skills

• You have a strong commitment to the guest and strive to find the best solution for both the guest and our business - with a smile on your face, you deliver top-class service.
• You are prepared to answer all conceivable questions from guests regarding their experience with us. We prefer that you have good local knowledge, for example, to guide and suggest attractions and activities in the Mellbystrand area and beyond.
• You enjoy working with varied tasks in a sometimes fast-paced environment and are a flexible and positive person.
• Since we have many Swedish and international guests, Swedish and English are required, and German is a merit.
• We are looking for someone who is available immediately and can work from April to September.

Employment Period and Schedule

The employment starts immediately and lasts until the end of August. Working hours are varied but include early mornings, evenings, and weekends.

Mellbystrands Camping is a 4-star campsite on the longest sandy beach on the west coast.

Every year, tens of thousands of guests choose to spend their holidays with us in caravans, motorhomes, tents, cabins, or hotel rooms. We offer:

• Approximately 220 camping pitches, 22 cabins, and 20 hotel rooms.
• A year-round open store, ice cream bar, restaurant, and beach bar open during the summer.
• A team that grows from a small number of people during the low season to about 35 during the high season.

Since 2020, the focus of the business has been on expansion, which brings a fast pace and fantastic opportunities.
