At Ekenhuset, we are looking for a business-oriented and structured project manager who wants to ensure smooth and efficient construction projects in flooring. In this role, you will have a central position where you coordinate work and have daily contact with customers and floor layers. The position is based at our office in Norrköping, but travel to the surrounding area and Stockholm may occur.

• Lead and follow up flooring projects from start to finish
• Be responsible for timelines, staffing, and quality in each project
• Financial responsibility for each project
• Coordinate and collaborate with customers, floor layers, suppliers, and other contractors
• Personnel responsibility for floor layers
• Ensure work environment, safety, and compliance with industry standards
• Contribute to developing our work methods and drive improvement efforts

• Business acumen and a good ability to build customer relationships – you are attentive, professional, and have a service-oriented approach that contributes to satisfied customers and long-term collaborations.
• Good organizational and communication skills – you are structured, clear, and thrive in a coordinating role.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and solve problems effectively – you prioritize correctly and keep planning even when circumstances change.
• Good digital competence – you have experience working in digital systems for planning, time reporting, and administration. Experience with business systems or project tools is an advantage.
• Independence and initiative – you see what needs to be done and act proactively.
• Leadership qualities and collaboration skills – you enjoy coordinating and supporting the team to ensure smooth workflow.
• Driver's license (B).
