We are now looking for an experienced refrigeration technician, or someone with a solid background in electrical or control engineering who wants to further develop in refrigeration technology. We warmly welcome your application!

Your Role

As a Refrigeration Technician focused on service, you will have a varied and dynamic workday where you perform installations, commissioning, maintenance, service, and repairs for our customers.

The tasks require you to sometimes work independently and sometimes in collaboration with colleagues, contractors, or staff from our larger clients. Industrial refrigeration constitutes a significant part of our operations, and you will play a key role in ensuring that our solutions meet the highest standards. The role also includes preventive maintenance and service actions to ensure that the systems function optimally and that our customers are always satisfied with our service. Our work is characterized by precision, innovation, and a strong customer focus.

You will primarily work within the region around Norrköping, but longer trips may occur. Working hours are weekdays from 7 AM to 4 PM.

About You

We are looking for an experienced technician - either as a refrigeration technician, electrician, or control technician - who wants to work with advanced systems where quality and precision are at the center. You may be a certified refrigeration technician with good experience in service, troubleshooting, and maintenance of refrigeration systems, or you come from electrical or control engineering with experience in installations, troubleshooting, and control systems and want to further develop in refrigeration technology.

For those with the right technical background but lacking full refrigeration certification, we offer the opportunity to complement your education and certification through Nordic Climate Group.

Regardless of your main focus, you are a solution-oriented and technically curious person who thrives both in independent work and in close collaboration with colleagues and customers. You work in a structured manner, take responsibility, and communicate professionally. A B driver's license is required for the role, and it is advantageous if you have experience in electrical work related to refrigeration systems, programming, or ammonia systems.
