We at Attendo are looking for a nursing assistant for our nursing home Nämndemansgatan in Motala. It is a modern nursing home with its own atrium that provides a bright and welcoming atmosphere. The residence has 54 apartments spread over three floors, of which 36 are for people with dementia.

About the role

As a nursing assistant with us, you play a crucial role in creating a safe and stimulating environment for our residents. You are responsible for providing good care and support to our residents, creating a positive and social atmosphere, and contributing with various activities that brighten their daily lives.

Your tasks include, among others:

• Personal care based on the individual needs and wishes of the resident.
• If necessary, assist with preparing, cooking, and serving meals, cleaning, laundry, etc.
• Perform documentation and work according to decided interventions and the organization's routines.
• Collaborate with external and internal contacts such as guardians, relatives, residents, nurses, and rehabilitation staff.

Qualifications

• Good knowledge of the Swedish language (spoken and written).
• Good computer skills/computer familiarity.

Meritorious:

• Experience in elderly care.
• Experience in medication delegation.
