Our client is now looking for a driven 2nd-line IT support resource to handle more advanced incidents and issues affecting the stores.

Several larger projects will be carried out this spring, and therefore they need to strengthen the team. The role requires a person who is curious and has a desire to constantly learn new things. You are not afraid to ask questions and actively seek new solutions. Since our client supports several internally developed systems, a solid technical background and a strong drive are crucial. There will be much to learn, and therefore we are looking for someone who has a passion for IT and problem-solving.

Responsibilities

• Handle and resolve advanced incidents and issues affecting stores and business operations.
• Work closely with other technical teams to quickly identify and address issues.
• Participate in larger projects this spring to improve and develop the IT infrastructure.
• Use tools such as Postman, Google Analytics, BigQuery, SQL, Grafana, Kibana, and Kafka to solve technical problems and optimize systems.
• Work according to the ITIL framework, with a particular focus on Incident Management and Problem Management.
• Ensure high standards of case management and documentation by using case management systems such as ServiceNow and Jira.

Qualifications

• Experience in operational work with incident management and service desk.
• Good understanding of the ITIL framework, especially within Incident Management and Problem Management.
• Experience working with case management systems such as ServiceNow, Jira, or similar.
• You are self-driven, solution-oriented, and thrive in a dynamic work environment where you are constantly learning new things.
• Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.

Desirable

• Knowledge of tools such as Postman, Google Analytics, BigQuery, SQL, Grafana, Kibana, and Kafka.
• Experience in retail is a plus.
