At Kronans Apotek, we are now looking for licensed pharmacists who want to join our national competence pool, a team of dedicated and skilled employees who provide their expertise where it is needed the most 🧡

Being a national pool pharmacist is more than just a job; it is an opportunity to grow both professionally and personally. One week you might work near the sea in Bohuslän, and the next week in the mountains of northern Sweden. You meet new customers, collaborate with different teams, and constantly gain new perspectives on your profession. At the same time, you get the chance to:

• Help our customers achieve good medication use and health
• Be a bridge between pharmacies, regions, and service offices
• Identify areas for improvement in operations and customer flows
• Coach and educate colleagues in new working methods
• Be an important part of national campaigns and collaborations

Your immediate support will be your closest leader for the competence pool. The position is a permanent employment that starts with a six-month probationary period. Start is scheduled for autumn 2025. You are a licensed pharmacist or pharmacy technician who is confident in your pharmaceutical skills but wants more. You seek variety, development, and a touch of adventure. You need to have a B driver's license and be comfortable traveling.
