Familjen is a safe and engaged employer with over 10 years of experience in personal assistance for children, youth, and adults with disabilities. We work person-centered, meaning that you as an individual are seen and acknowledged in our operations, whether you are working, a relative, or receiving assistance.

We also collaborate with Private Employers in personal assistance. We offer financial and other administrative solutions that we tailor together to meet each individual's different needs. All collaborations are made with employers connected to collective agreements, and therefore we can together offer secure and stable employment.

We operate and have clients all over Sweden, from north to south, but our office is located in Stockholm, Täby. We choose to be the slightly smaller and more personal choice for those seeking a more personal assistance.

The company's founder and owner has previously worked as a personal assistant, which we see as an extra strength that helps us build stable workgroups where we deliver high-quality, person-centered assistance.

We are now looking for a part-time personal assistant for a man living in GÄLLIVARE.

We are always very careful about who we hire - but for this group, we take it a step further and only hire individuals who qualify according to the criteria below.

About the workplace

I am a man living in a house, using a wheelchair, and I am looking for someone who wants a part-time job where you will help with daily tasks as well as much more.

I enjoy baking, painting, spending time with my grandchildren, and being outdoors when the weather allows and the mood is right.

I can sit at home in a quiet corner and drink a cup of coffee just as easily as I can sit at a café in town.

I enjoy watching the news and discussing world events. I am open to trying new things, so feel free to involve me in all sorts of fun activities.

At our home, we have high ceilings and there are younger children in the household.

About you

We want you to be cheerful, forward-thinking, positive, and enjoy working with people. Something that is important to me is humor and that you have a twinkle in your eye.

Of course, I will explain all the routines and tasks to you at first, but then I hope you will be self-sufficient, able to take your own initiatives and see what needs to be done.

My highest wish is that you are a newly retired, cheerful pensioner with a healthcare background. But of course, you can be younger than that, and it doesn't matter if you are a man or a woman. The chemistry between us is what matters!

About the employment

The position involves a fixed part-time schedule, with work every other weekend (Fri-Sun) and one morning every other week. There is the possibility of more hours during vacations and other absences.

We intend to fill the position immediately, so you are warmly welcome to apply to us.

We conduct interviews continuously, and the position may therefore be filled before the last recruitment day.

Requirements

Due to the nature of the work, it is required that you speak and understand Swedish fluently.

Since there are children in the household, we request a copy of your criminal record that you bring with you to the interview.

Meritorious

It is highly meritorious if you have previous experience in healthcare.

However, we always prioritize chemistry with the client and the workgroup.
