Our client is looking for a project manager for digitalization with previous experience in leading digitalization projects of HR processes.
Assignment Description
Be part of developing our client's digital HR journey. The assignment will be versatile, where you will actively contribute to their development within the digitalization of HR processes to create business benefits. The primary focus is on process support for HR related to on- and off-boarding. Therefore, we are looking for an IT project manager with experience in project management aimed at digitalizing HR processes.
As a project manager, you will work in HR in close collaboration with IT. Together, you are responsible for developing a solution that provides business benefits and contributes to increased internal efficiency within the on- and off-boarding process for which HR has overall responsibility. You will report to the head of the HR Development and Business Support section. The project steering group is the Digitalization Forum for Internal Efficiency, and the project group is under establishment. As a project manager, you will be responsible for establishing the project group and ensuring that the right resources are involved throughout the project.
A budget is available to adhere to, and as a project manager, you are responsible for staying within the frameworks set for the project, both financially and in the scope described in the project steering document that forms the basis for project initiation.
The project depends on data from the regional shared personnel system Heroma as well as internal IT systems related to, among other things, IT ordering and permissions.
Work is also ongoing with RPA solutions and data warehousing to automate and make HR data accessible to create better conditions for their operational and strategic HR work.
We are looking for someone with several years of practical experience in project management from digitalization within HR and HR processes. You will collaborate with the IT department in the work of digitalization and the advancement of various automation projects. We already have several newly started initiatives that we are driving together with IT's various product and capability management that you will continue to project manage. In addition to project management, the assignment will include, among other things, process and needs mapping, requirements specification, lifecycle management, and change management within the client's digitalization journey.
Mandatory Requirements
- At least four (4) years of practical experience in the role of project manager for digitalization projects within the HR field.
- At least three (3) completed assignments where you have gained experience in requirements specification for HR systems (e.g., payroll systems, recruitment systems, learning platforms, etc.)
- At least two (2) assignments of practical change management within HR in a larger organization (500+ employees)
Desirable
- Academic or vocational education relevant to the HR field
- At least two (2) project management assignments in the public sector or regulatory governed operations
- At least two (2) years of experience with agile and/or iterative working methods
- At least two (2) assignments of having worked with market analyses of digital solution types within the HR field
