System Developer for the Form Portal
Workplace Description
Are you ready for a bigger challenge? We are now looking for a system developer for a temporary position in the application support group. Our mission includes the development of national forms for all operations of the Swedish Police Authority through, among other things, the Form Portal.
The IT department of the Swedish Police Authority has over 1300 employees who together manage the operation, maintenance, and development of IT support for the authority's various operational areas and 40,000 employees. We offer both flexible office space and flexible working hours. There is an opportunity to work from home 2 days a week.
Job Description
The application support group provides the police's form portal, which currently contains about 1400 forms, of which about 130 are also published on Polisen.se. The forms can be simple or more complex with various uses within the Police organization.
Within the team, we create new forms or modify existing ones at the request of the client, who is the form owner and requirements setter.
You will be part of the team participating in the management activities below:
- Collaborate with the client who is the form owner and requirements setter
- Develop/modify forms
- Ensure accessibility compliance for forms
- Work with our internal routines and documentation
- Collaborate with product owners and technicians
Qualifications
This is an opportunity for you who have:
- Education in IT and/or professional experience in system development that the employer deems relevant for the position
- At least one year of experience with LiveCycle Designer
- Good knowledge of JavaScript
- Very good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written
The position requires Swedish citizenship.
It is an advantage if you have experience with:
- JIRA
- ARS
- XML Schemas
- Recent work experience in a larger authority

Since the role involves extensive contact with form owners, you need to have good collaboration skills and communicate clearly to achieve common goals. At the same time, you enjoy working independently and taking your own initiatives. We appreciate curiosity and a desire to learn more while sharing your knowledge to improve our routines and deliveries.
