In this role, the primary focus is to maintain a secure, trustworthy, and high-performing digital environment for SAP Platforms. The position entails managing both internal and external audits, maintaining compliance with relevant standards and regulations, and continuously refining risk-based processes. By collaborating closely with various teams, you will identify potential vulnerabilities, coordinate action plans to address audit findings, and champion proactive risk management across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

– Oversee planning and execution of audits involving SAP Platforms, including alignment with local regulatory obligations

– Develop and implement action plans based on audit conclusions and identified improvements

– Guide and support stakeholders through risk assessments, ensuring transparent communication of findings and action points

– Offer expert advice on security, risk management, and regulatory frameworks, providing key input for decision-making

– Conduct or review security assessments to uphold compliance with internal guidelines and external requirements

– Foster strong relationships with teams to enhance cooperation and achieve shared objectives, including raising security awareness

– Contribute to a risk-based culture by integrating continuous improvements and agile ways of working

Desired Competencies and Experience

– Comprehensive understanding of frameworks such as ISO 27xxx and NIST, alongside knowledge of data protection regulations

– Certifications like CISSP, CRISC, or CISM are advantageous

– Exposure to SAP Security is beneficial, though not mandatory

– Background in IT or Information Security with a focus on risk, rather than purely compliance

– Previous experience in roles such as risk assessor, auditor, or security advisor

– Proven ability to plan, prioritize tasks, and inspire team members to continuously enhance workflows

– Comfortable working in agile, large-scale environments, ideally with some insight into the retail sector
