We are now looking for an experienced CNC operator who has worked with milling.

You need to be skilled in CAM programming and used to being independent in job preparations. Experience with Tebis or Fusion 360 is a plus.

At RZ INM Mekaniska, you will be part of a tight team and responsible for the company's milling machines. This is a position for someone who is passionate about programming, problem-solving, and wants to work with modern technology in a stimulating environment.

About the role: At RZ INM Mekaniska, you will work in large, well-equipped facilities with modern multi-axis CNC machines. The production focuses on small to medium series, where you take responsibility for the entire process – from drawing to finished product. You will program in a CAM environment and help translate customer specifications into high-quality products.

Your main tasks:

Programming and operating multi-axis CNC mills

Independent work from drawing to finished product

Optimization of processes and workflows for efficient production

Quality control and documentation of work

We are looking for someone who:

Has solid experience in multi-axis CNC milling

Is well-versed in programming in CAM systems (preferably Tebis or Fusion 360)

Enjoys taking responsibility and working independently

Is meticulous, solution-oriented, and has a strong focus on quality

Is proficient in Swedish, both spoken and written
