Responsibilities

• Plan, lead, and follow up on customer projects with a focus on quality, delivery, and customer satisfaction.
• Be responsible for project budget, timeline, and resource management.
• Act as the primary contact between the customer and the internal project teams.
• Coordinate and ensure collaboration between different departments, such as engineering, production, and sales.
• Identify risks and ensure that the project is delivered as agreed.
• Follow up on project progress and deliver reports to both internal and external stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Relevant higher education, preferably in engineering, economics, or project management.
• Experience in leading projects in a technical or industrial environment.
• Good understanding of project management processes and tools, such as Agile, Scrum, or PMI.
• Strong communication skills and experience working closely with customers.
• Good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
• Ability to manage multiple parallel projects and maintain focus on details without losing the overall perspective.
