Local Planner for the Technical Office's Land and Development Department

We are currently looking for a local planner for the Technical Office's land and development department. Here, you will be part of a competent team where collaboration and lack of prestige are the keys to success. We work with everything from residential and business areas to nature conservation and contaminated areas. Local issues have become increasingly important, and we now need reinforcement from a dedicated local planner. In this role, you will have a varied and developing job where your expertise truly makes a difference.

Job Responsibilities:

Participate in the strategic planning of the municipality's and businesses' local supply
Develop proposals for new or modified business premises with a focus on cost-effective solutions
Negotiate and sign agreements for the rental of external premises and assess the need for measures together with the property department
Responsible for the rental of commercial premises and residential properties, including negotiations and contract preparation
Follow up on contract documents and support the departments in reporting rented premises

Other duties include being a strategic support in local issues and collaborating with the property department to ensure that procedures are followed. You will be a key player in creating long-term sustainable solutions that support the municipality's operations.

Qualifications:

University degree in property economics, property management, or equivalent
Experience in similar tasks
Driver's license (B)
