This position is a direct recruitment, which means that the recruitment process is conducted through Bravura and you will be employed directly by Nordec Construction AB, which is a Swedish subsidiary of Finnish Nordec Oy.

Job responsibilities

As a site manager, you play an important role in projects at construction sites in Landskrona. You work closely with the site manager and lead the daily work on-site. The projects are often linked to the green transition and are both large and complex – with high demands for coordination, responsibility, and technical understanding.

The composition of the teams varies depending on the nature of the projects. You will work in different team constellations, which requires you to be flexible and quickly adapt to new collaborations.

You work according to digital modeling (BIM) aimed at improving coordination, reducing errors, and increasing efficiency in construction projects by gathering all building information. Today, the platforms Dalux and Tekla Structures are used to provide the right information to both internal and external parties.

The multi-story projects and bridge projects focus on established customers in the construction sector, while the hall and industrial projects are often linked to the green industrial transition, where Nordec builds the future together with leading players.

Main job responsibilities:

• Plan and lead the daily work at the assembly site
• Coordinate subcontractors and ensure the right resources on-site
• Contribute to ensuring that the project meets set goals for time, quality, and work environment
• Manage internal logistics and reporting in digital systems
• Collaborate with site manager, project management, and officials

Education, experience, and personal qualities

• Experience in construction projects, preferably in steel, concrete, and prefab
• Experience in a role as a site manager, project engineer, or in another production-related role
• Good familiarity with digital tools and knowledge of how information is managed in the field
• Swedish and English in speech and writing, Finnish is an advantage
• Holds a valid B driver's license
