About the position Infrakraft is now seeking a driven and experienced Site Manager to join our team in Malmö! This role is suitable for you who are passionate about leading and successfully managing construction projects, where you and your team strive to deliver excellent results. As a site manager, you are responsible for planning and leading production from start to finish – with overall responsibility for personnel, finances, quality, and working environment throughout the project.

Skills and personal qualities To be successful in the role of site manager with us, we see that you have a construction engineering education from a university, college, or vocational training. You have several years of experience as a site manager or equivalent from projects in land, road, or civil engineering. You have extensive experience in customer relations, planning, financial responsibility, and personnel responsibility. You should also be proficient in both Swedish and English, in both spoken and written form. A B driver's license is a requirement.

You are a person who stands out through your drive, determination, and forward-thinking. Leadership is a natural part of your personality, and you see the staff as your greatest asset.
