Job Responsibilities

As a project manager, you are responsible for calculating, leading, planning, and distributing work within various projects. You will manage installation projects of varying sizes and have several projects running concurrently. Your focus will be on new projects and developing our existing contract customers' facilities. You will prepare occupancy plans, deviation reports, timelines, etc. in projects. As a project manager, you have financial responsibility regarding the projects' results based on the budget, as well as responsibility for invoicing and purchasing. The role involves a strong customer focus both in terms of relationship-building activities and sales. You belong to the office in Malmö but are responsible for assignments throughout Skåne.

Education, Experience, and Personal Qualities

• Previous experience as a project manager or in similar roles
• Good computer skills
• Good knowledge of Office
• Driving license B
• Good knowledge of Swedish in speech and writing
• Meritorious with knowledge in ventilation, control/regulation, and cooling
• Meritorious with education or certifications in areas such as energy, project management, ventilation, or cooling
