We are now looking for a Service Leader for our operations in Malmö. About the role

As a Service Leader at Xylem, you are responsible for planning, coordinating, and following up on our service assignments. You are a central link between our customers and our technicians, ensuring that the work is carried out efficiently, safely, and with high quality.

You prioritize and allocate work, follow up on ongoing assignments, and are available as support for the technicians in their daily work. The role involves both administrative responsibility and close collaboration with customers, suppliers, and internal functions. If necessary, you also perform service and maintenance work in the field.

You also actively work on developing routines and processes to create even better flows and customer experiences – always with a focus on safety, quality, and service.

Your profile

We are looking for someone with a technical background and experience in service and customer contact. Previous experience in the water and wastewater industry or similar fields is an advantage, but not a requirement.

As a person, you are structured, solution-oriented, and have an easy time collaborating. You thrive in a coordinating role where you can take responsibility, make decisions, and contribute to the team achieving its goals. We would like you to be a positive and engaged leader who motivates others through clarity and good communication.

Experience in leadership is an advantage, but we also welcome those who want to take the step into a leadership role.

A valid driver's license (B) and good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written, are required.
