We are now looking for a Planner whose task is to coordinate the flight operations by ensuring that the right resources in terms of systems and personnel are available to carry out assigned missions. Upcoming customer deliveries and new contracts mean we need someone skilled in planning and coordinating to ensure successful flights.

Planner with us:

The flight operations department currently consists of 25 employees with positions varying from leaders, planners, technicians, pilots, and flight test engineers. The flight department has a high tempo, and the daily routine is characterized by teamwork and problem-solving in a dynamic work environment that alternates between Linköping and the various facilities where we conduct flight missions.

In the role of Planner, you will:

• Plan and organize tasks that the flight operations department needs to perform, ensuring that personnel, systems, test equipment, and associated tools are available.
• Coordinate flight activities such as flight tests, demo flights, training, and flight education together with the leaders of the flight organization.
• Communicate between relevant departments such as the project office or production.
• Follow up on planning and inform the client about how the work will proceed.

The position requires proficiency in both English and Swedish, both spoken and written.

A valid B driver's license is required for the position.
