YOUR ROLE

As an electrical designer in the Advanced Platforms department at Saab Aeronautics, you will play a central role in creating the future of defense aviation. The group focuses on developing new technical solutions and building experimental aircraft, with a particular emphasis on shaping the fuselages.

You will be part of a motivated team of 30 members with a wide range of expertise, including colleagues in mechanics and systems development. You will collaborate closely in the team with daily meetings to plan the work and ensure that development progresses according to plan. You will work in shorter development sprints with reviews every other month.

As an electrical designer, you will work broadly with design, from rough design to detailed level. You will receive good support and a mentor for extra help, and great importance is placed on the open culture.

Requirements

Post-secondary education in the field, such as electrical design or automation engineering
Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written
Pass a security clearance

Meritorious

Experience with Catia V5
Work in electrical design or similar
