For our client Siemens Energy, a leading global player in the energy sector, we are now looking for an Electrical System Engineer – Electrical Installation for an assignment at their site in Finspång. Thanks to high-tech and innovative product development, the company is an established partner in the energy sector, delivering advanced and sustainable solutions for the current and future needs of the market. Through this assignment, you will have the opportunity to work in an international and forward-looking environment with many development opportunities. This is initially a consulting assignment for 6 months via Unik Resurs, with a very good chance of extension. We apply ongoing selection, which means that the assignment may be filled before the application deadline.

Responsibilities and Duties

As an Electrical System Engineer within Electrical Installation, you will be part of the Electrical Engineering organization responsible for customer-specific electrical designs and all electrical documentation for projects within our medium-sized gas turbine segment. In this role, you will work on the design of the overall installation, such as cable routing, cable ladders, junction boxes, and route planning. You will work in customer order projects together with your colleagues and ensure that customer requirements are met in both construction and documentation. You will provide support for assembly, site activities, and also have contact with subcontractors, purchasing, and the sales department. The role involves work across multiple interfaces where engagement, flexibility, and a willingness to develop are central parts. As part of your project work, you will also be in the workshop to support throughout the assembly process.

We are looking for someone who:

Has a relevant education in electrical engineering and several years of experience in the field.
Has a good understanding of requirements related to ATEX/IEC Ex and works with high quality and safety. Certification is a merit.
Has previous experience with our product lines or other power generation systems.
Has experience with COMOS and preferably also SAP.
Communicates well in English, both verbally and in writing.
