We are looking for someone who wants to make a real difference – every day. Our client is a man in his 50s who, after an accident in adulthood, has a permanent brain injury. He has a great interest in music, loves to talk about life – especially about girls – and enjoys good food.

Your role as a personal assistant will be to provide essential support in his daily life, both practically and mentally. You will need to be that person who spreads energy, motivates, and creates meaning in every day – whether it’s about training leg muscles, going out for an activity, or preparing a really good meal.

Job Responsibilities:

• Motivate and assist with walking training and physical activity
• Support with personal care, hygiene, and meals
• Be a social and safe support in daily life
• Accompany on activities outside the home
• Daytime shifts on weekdays and weekends
• Sleeping duty may occur
• Practice communication, as speech has been affected by the accident
• We are looking for someone who:

• Has a natural drive and enjoys spreading energy
• Is confident, attentive, and able to meet another person with respect and joy
• Has experience in caregiving (preferred but not required)
• Is flexible and can work both weekdays and weekends, daytime as well as during sleeping duty
• Ideally has an interest in music, food, and conversation – it facilitates the relationship!

The position is approximately 50%, and you will be an important part of a team that enables our client to live as active and independent a life as possible.
