About the position

As a Process Operator in Blow Molding, you will play a key role in our production where you, together with a dedicated team, drive quality, improvements, and innovation forward. You will work in a stimulating environment where you have the opportunity to grow, take responsibility, and influence our processes.

The position is scheduled for 2-shift work with a start date to be agreed upon.

Responsibilities

• Start up and shut down the facility
• Perform cleaning and maintenance according to TPM instructions
• Tool changes in blow molding and robot cells using overhead cranes and forklifts
• Ensure that granules are continuously filled
• Monitor production processes and perform first piece inspections
• Pack items with high precision and accuracy

About you as a candidate

We are looking for someone who is responsible, solution-oriented, and has a strong technical interest. You preferably have previous experience from similar roles and thrive in a dynamic environment, enjoy working independently, and have a natural sense of structure and quality. You are flexible, meticulous, and see the big picture – from process to finished product.

Requirements

• Previous experience in production or a similar role
• Good technical understanding and interest
• Forklift license and experience operating a forklift 
• Driver's license B and access to a car
• Good communication skills in Swedish, both spoken and written

Meritorious

• Crane license and experience operating a crane
