Are you ready to take the next step in your career and combine practical work with a leadership role in production? Habasit in Hindås is now looking for an engaged and structured Team Lead Fabrication (TLF) for our fabrication.

As a Team Lead Fabrication, you will be responsible for planning, leading, and distributing the daily work in our production. You will work closely with the production team and be actively involved in the operational work. Your role also includes coordination with other departments such as customer service, purchasing, and logistics.

Responsibilities:

• Lead, plan, and distribute the daily work in fabrication.
• Establish daily staffing and capacity.
• Plan and prepare orders for daily operations in collaboration with customer service, purchasing, and logistics.
• Continuously update order status in SAP.
• Be responsible for and lead departmental meetings within fabrication.
• Participate in morning meetings with customer service.
• Plan and order overtime as needed.
• Plan and manage assembly, ensuring that assemblers follow workplace safety measures (including conducting risk assessments before assembly).
• Handle complaints and internal deviations, including documentation and feedback.
• Work with key performance indicators (KPI): collect, record, and analyze outcomes.
• Ensure compliance with workplace regulations (AFS) and that delegated tasks related to workplace safety and ergonomics are performed.
• Be responsible for and work on delegated tasks and actions from the Operations Manager.

We are looking for someone who:

• Has experience in leadership roles within production, preferably from the manufacturing industry.
• Has good organizational skills and thrives in a coordinating role.
• Has an understanding of production planning, workplace safety, and quality work.
• Is communicative, solution-oriented, and confident in making decisions.
• Has experience working with business systems, preferably SAP.
• Is fluent in Swedish, both spoken and written.
