Responsibilities

Your main areas of responsibility are:

  • Be our primary representative towards customers and ensure that their expectations and requirements are met.
  • Manage the entire sales process from start to finish and develop long-term business relationships.
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities with existing and potential customers.
  • Lead business projects and coordinate internal and external resources to achieve set goals.
  • Analyze market trends and customer needs to contribute to product development and marketing strategies.

Qualifications

We are looking for someone who has/is:

  • At least a 3-year university degree in engineering and/or economics.
  • At least 3 years of experience in the manufacturing industry, preferably the automotive industry.
  • Technical competence and understanding of business and market economics.
  • Experience in sales and/or purchasing as well as negotiation techniques in an international environment, preferably with project management experience.
  • Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written; additional language skills are a plus.
  • Good IT skills in the Office suite and experience with ERP and CRM systems.
  • A family situation that allows for travel both within Sweden and abroad.
