Sales Support Specialist for Global Company in Västerås

We are now looking for a Sales Support Specialist who wants to join our client's sales organization! Are you technically skilled, service-oriented, and thrive in a dynamic environment? Then this could be your next challenge.

About the Position

As a Sales Support, you will play a central role in our operations by supporting both the sales organization and our customers throughout the proposal process. Your tasks will include:

• Preparation of technical descriptions for products and solutions.
• Cost calculations and preparation of final documentation.
• Acting as a technical resource to help customers and sales teams identify the most effective and cost-efficient solutions.
• Support during technical meetings, product presentations, and negotiations.
• Delivery of product, solution, and service-related training.

About You

To succeed in this role, we see that you are someone who enjoys customer contact and has the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously. You are structured and can plan and organize your time effectively.

You are flexible and quick-witted, which allows you to handle changes and new situations with ease. Additionally, you are proactive and comfortable meeting customers, both in person and through other channels.

We are looking for someone who has:

• Driver's license (B)
• Fluent Swedish and English in both spoken and written form
• Post-secondary education, preferably in economics or engineering
• Experience in customer service or sales, preferably in the technology sector (meritorious)
