Vida Skog is part of the Vida Group, one of Sweden's largest players in the forestry and wood industry. We are a group with approximately 1500 employees and we have 24 production facilities throughout southern Sweden. Vida Skog is the group's raw material company that supplies our twelve sawmills with timber.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

What does the role entail?

You are responsible for managing and developing our business system to best support the needs of the organization. Your forestry background gives you an understanding of the specific requirements and challenges of the industry. You are responsible for the operation and development of the business system by identifying and implementing improvements that support the business processes. In this role, you collaborate with various departments within Vida and act as a contact point for system suppliers and technical partners. You train and support employees in system usage while keeping yourself updated on new technology and trends in the forestry industry.

The location is flexible, but we will prioritize a placement at our office in Vislanda.

QUALIFICATIONS

Who are we looking for?

We are looking for an engaged and communicative problem solver who is used to driving development projects related to business systems and various stakeholders, preferably within the forestry industry. You have a forestry background with a good understanding of the business processes and industry-specific requirements of forestry.
