We are looking for a Site Manager for Bitab in Mälardalen/Stockholm!

Location: either Strängnäs/Mälardalen or Stockholm. 

About Bitab

For over 40 years, we have accumulated experience in roofing, construction work, and much more. Today, we can offer our customers a reliable total contract with high standards and good conditions within construction services, scaffolding assembly, and electrical installations. The number of employees is constantly increasing as the company grows, and today we have around 50 full-time employees.

About the position

We are looking for a Site Manager for Bitab, where the responsibility will be to drive ongoing projects, document for inspections, manage certain orders, and have personnel responsibility on-site. You will also be highly involved in customer meetings, planning, and delivery checks.

Currently, there are three site managers and several project managers, all collaborating well. 

Working hours 07:00-16:00

Who are you? 

We believe you have solid experience in the construction industry, perhaps even specifically in the roofing sector. You should be a social and driven person who can easily juggle multiple tasks and has a good understanding of the entire work chain. 

We would like you to have experience in:

• Having broad competence in various aspects of construction
• Working meticulously, with quality awareness and showing respect for both customers and colleagues
• Being punctual, self-driven, and structured
• Enjoying working both in a team and independently
• You should have previously worked as a site manager in construction and be used to taking responsibility for the entire process – from reading blueprints to managing and coordinating on-site. You are structured, self-driven, and have good communication with both colleagues and clients.

This will be a direct recruitment to Bitab, which Arena Personal is responsible for. 

Location: either Strängnäs/Mälardalen or Stockholm.
