Develop as a Production Employee at K-Prefab in Strängnäs!

ABOUT THE POSITION

In this role, you will become part of our fantastic production team, which is now set to grow further. Experienced production leaders are on site, and one of them will be your immediate supervisor. Additionally, you will receive support from foremen who will help and coach you in your work on a daily basis.

Your tasks include manufacturing molds, reinforcing, insulating, and casting various types of concrete elements according to drawings and quality requirements. The team works at different stations, such as walls, reinforcement, and floor slabs, which gives you the opportunity to specialize in an area if you have a particular interest in it.

An introduction and practical guidance from experienced colleagues on site. If you want to develop, there are great opportunities to do so in our company. The position is for 6 months with the possibility of being taken over by K-Prefab, which can lead to permanent employment.

WE ARE LOOKING FOR YOU WHO

Is fluent in Swedish, both spoken and written.

Has a high school education.

Has a B driver's license.

Lives in or near Strängnäs.

Meritorious:

Education in drawing or construction.

Possession of a crane and/or C driver's license.

ABOUT K-PREFAB

K-Prefab manufactures prefabricated concrete elements tailored to the customer's needs. Production takes place indoors in factories around Sweden, and the elements are delivered ready for assembly directly to construction sites. The concrete elements can be provided with basic painting, windows, and installations for electricity, ventilation, and plumbing, which makes the construction process quick and smooth – like putting together large building blocks.
