Do you have experience in construction management and a good understanding of laws and regulatory requirements? Entrecon Consulting receives ongoing inquiries from our clients for skilled and experienced construction managers.

We accept applications continuously and match them with requests from our clients and contractors. You will be employed by Entrecon Consulting and work on assignments at the client's site.

The Assignment

Renovation and expansion in industry:

Typical tasks in this role:

• Lead construction meetings including minutes and follow-up.
• Participate in other meetings (financial meetings, KA meetings, KMA meetings, etc.).
• Monitor requirements set in contracts between clients and contractors.
• Control of schedules, payment plans, and changes.
• Ensure that quality work, environmental work, and occupational safety work are carried out according to regulatory requirements.
• Monitor regulatory requirements, laws, and regulations.
• Contact with authorities, utility owners, etc.
• Coordination between project stakeholders.
• Inspections.

Competence

As a construction manager with us, you are responsible for coordinating and following up on the contractors' work on site. You will also have significant responsibility for occupational safety. Therefore, we are looking for someone with the following experiences:

• You should have good experience from the construction industry and master the various phases of the project.
• You should have qualifications as a safety coordinator BAS P and BAS U.
• You should have worked as a construction manager/site manager for at least 5 years, preferably more.
• Experience from industrial projects is desirable.
• You have a civil engineering degree or other construction-related education, or have acquired equivalent knowledge through extensive work experience.
